Shipping

  • Orders over £50 are FREE delivery 

  • Orders under £50 have a £4.95 standard delivery

To ensure the safe arrival of your plants, we only post orders from Monday-Thursday. If you place an order after 12pm on a Thursday, you order will be dispatched on the following Monday. 

We deliver across the UK, straight to your door. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, using a tracked delivery service and take 2-4 business days to arrive.

Expedited delivery

If you would like your plants sooner - we offer additional shipping options in the check-out with alternative couriers. All orders placed before 3pm will be collected by the courier the following day. 

Safe Place 

We will provide a tracking number for your deliveries, in which you can update your preferences, PlantedIn cannot take responsibility for lost/damaged orders that have been delivered to your safe place. 

Return

We supply the highest quality plants and treat every order with the greatest care from quality checks through to packaging. You can be confident that your plants will arrive safe and sound.

Returns Policy 

In the rare event that your plant arrives in a poor condition or has been damaged on its way to you, let us know as soon as possible and take photos.

Plants are perishable goods, which is why we request photos within 24 hours of delivery. We take these requests on a case-by-case basis and will request the plant to be returned in the same packaging to ensure it gets back to us safely.

When we receive the images and an arrangement has been made with one of our team, you have 3 business days to return your plant. The cost of returns must be covered by the customer. 

Rescue Plants

These are plants which otherwise would never have a forever home. They have issues which mean they are not perfect, which could be cosmetic damage, cut leaves, pest damage, cold issues but is recoverable through some love and attention. Therefore these boxes are non-refundable
